Lead Pastor- Rev. José Nieves
Pastor José, a native of Bayamón, Puerto Rico, graduated from Evangel University (Springfield, MO) and earned his Masters in Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary (Orlando, Fl). He is ordained as a Full Elder in the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church. For over ten years he has been at the service of the Kissimmee area at Casa de Paz UMC and First Kissimmee UMC. Pastor José has been named Volunteer of the Year by the Osceola School District for his services to local schools including the All Pro Dad and iMOM programs. He continues to find new ways to strengthen the community. Pastor Jose is married to Libby and has three handsome boys: Ely, Lucas and Daniel. On his time off, José enjoys everything basketball related, including coaching and rooting for the Orlando Magic! #GoMagic
Interim Children’s Minister: Libby Nieves
Libby Nieves is passionate about kids knowing that God loves them, helping them deepen their faith, and having fun learning about Jesus. Libby has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Missouri State University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy University. Libby is married to Pastor Jose and enjoys the adventures that come with raising three active boys. Libby also enjoys a good cup of coffee, spending time in nature, volunteering in the community, and baking treats for friends and family.

Child Care Director: Andrea Leguizamon
Andrea was born and raised in Argentina. She graduated from National University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Law. She moved to the United States and studied Medical Sciences and Early Education in the Florida National University. After finishing her Associates, she started to work in the Learning Center administration. She has been working as a Head Star Teacher for the past eight years in Miami and Kissimmee Florida. After leaving the classroom, she started to work in Learning Center administration. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son Santi on the beach, at the skating park, as well as fishing and swimming. She is a worship leader and Associate Pastor and enjoys spending time playing guitar, singing and preaching in her local Hispanic Christian Church.
