Guidelines Once We Return to In Person Worship
Although the church is not closed at this time, all our services and small groups are online. We are NOT worshiping in-person at this time, but once we return to in-person these will be some of the guidelines that we will need to follow.
Seating in worship- At least 6 feet from any other household group or individuals outside the household in the building. We will leave two rows of pews empty in front of the pulpit (stage) and pew in-between from then on. Pews will be marked for designated areas with tape and signs.
No Choir Participation - All singing will be conducted from the stage with soloists or groups from the same household.
No congregational singing - All singing will take place on the stage by worship team.
Limited Bathroom Use - individuals will be encouraged to avoid restrooms as much as possible. Restrooms will need to be clean in between uses between individuals.
Wash hands upon entry and exit
Mask will be required in all worship services - Individuals will be asked to bring one from home or one will be provided upon entry.
A touchless thermometer could be used to check an individual's temperature prior to entering worship. If temperature is above, they would be encouraged to avoid entering sanctuary.
Post wellness questions on campus as they walk in...if you don’t feel well..stay home.
-Change service times to 8:30am Traditional, 10:00am Spanish Modern, and 11:30am English Modern to allow for cleaning and traffic.
-All worship spaces will be clean and disinfected after each service prior to any other group using.
-All individuals use one entrance and one exit which is different from the one used as an entrance. Note: This is clearly challenging for the sanctuary.
-Only Worship services will take place on Sunday during this phase.
-Groups of ten or less from the church can meet as long as the guidelines presented here are followed starting ….
-All gathering areas will be eliminated until further notice.
-Reservations online or by phone will be highly encouraged over the first two weeks of worship.
